Structurally repair brick and seal with high performance coating.  Replace all frames and glass windows in all condos with thermally broken double pane insulated window units. Repair and/or replace roofing systems and coping.

Interior lobby Renovations

Updated & refreshed interior spaces with new lighting, wall surfaces, flooring, furnishings. 

Updated Amenities

Redesign and build new Solarium on the 10th floor. Upgrade Sky Terrace sitting areas and outdoor kitchen with grills.  Update pool area and install new privacy fence.
